별의별건축사사무소는 2014년 박소영과 손영민이 신림동에서 설립한 대안적 삶을 위한 건축사사무소이다. 건축의 물리적 한계를 넘어, 공간을 기반으로 새로운 관계와 커뮤니티를 실험하며 더 나은 삶의 방식을 추구하고 있다. 건축의 본질을 탐구하는 것에 그치지 않고, 환경에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 책임감 있는 건축을 지향하고 있다. 지속 가능하고 건강한 공간을 설계해 인간, 자연, 사회가 조화롭게 공존하는 미래를 그리는 것이 목표이다.


2015년부터 초식기업가들을 위한 공동공간 ‘The Rabbit Hole’과 쉐어하우스를 운영하며 연대하는 삶의 가치를 발전시키고 있다. 협소주택, 주말주택, 가족이 함께 사는 집 등 다양한 형태의 집을 설계하며 건축의 가치와 역할을 탐구해왔다. 또한, 시민이 주인이 되는 공공디자인을 통해 건축물의 공공성과 도시에 대한 이해를 넓히고 있다. 다양한 분야에서 현상을 이해하려는 노력은 공간 운영, 문화 기획, 교육, 출판, 전시 등으로 확장되고 있다.


박 소 영, 별의별건축사사무소 대표/소장/건축사
박소영은 2007년 한양대학교 건축학과를 졸업하고 공간종합건축사사무소에서 실무경력을 시작했다. 이후 nex architecture(London, UK), magma architecture(Berlin, Germany)에서 건축가로서 경험을 쌓았다. 대규모 공공 프로젝트에서부터 인테리어에 이르는 폭넓은 스펙트럼의 프로젝트를 통해 실무를 익혔으며 대표 참여작으로 수지구청사, 서울추모공원(화장장) TK, 마곡지구 현상설계, 청룡동 커뮤니티센터, 인천 아시안게임 태권도 경기장, Cadogan Cafe(UK), Shurooq Office(UAE) 등이 있다. 2014년 별의별사무소를 설립하고 대표 및 소장으로 활동하며 대안적인 삶의 방식을 초점으로 한 관계실험과 이를 담는 공간을 구축하는 작업을 이어가고 있다.&#38;nbsp;


손 영 민, 별의별건축사사무소 대표/소장/LEED AP BD+C
손영민은 2004년 한양대학교 건축학과를 졸업하고 2008년 동 대학원을 졸업했다. 석사과정에서 근대시기의 주거사상변화연구를 통해 한옥이 현대주거공간으로 변화하는 과정을 밝히고, 이를 통해 문화적 관성으로 남겨진 한국주거공간의 특징을 제시하는 연구를 하였다. 이후 삼우종합건축사사무소, nex architexture (London, The UK)등에서 실무 경력을 쌓았고, 작가 서도호씨와의 건축적인 작업을 통해 다양한 방면의 실험적인 프로젝트들을 수행하였다. 주거연구, 친환경, 파라메트릭 디자인 등을 기반으로 베트남주거연구, 장수명주택 인터페이스 디자인, 가락시장현대화사업, 가천길병원리모델링, In the making(UK), Cadogan Cafe(UK), Living-architecture(UK), Home within Home Project 등 굵직한 프로젝트에서부터 주택의 디테일에 이르기까지 아이디어 넘치는 설계를 해왔고, 전 프로젝트 모두 괄목할만한 성과를 내었다. 개인작업으로는 새와나무 주택 설계 및 시공, 원목가구 디자인 및 제작, Pavilion – Exhibition 등이 있다. 현재 2014년 별의별사무소를 설립한 대표 및 소장이며, 한옥, Low cost construction, Neuroarchitecture, 소셜북 등 다양한 시선으로 주거와 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 노력하고 있다


최 샘 이, 별의별건축사사무소 일당백/건축사/최실장님최샘이는 졸업 이후 주거에 대해 관심을 가지고 몇몇 사무소에서 실무 경력을 쌓았으나 더 좋은 성과나 단체를 위해 개인의 희생이 당연시되는 현실에 회의감을 느끼고 세상에 나와 2020년 12월, 별의별건축사사무소를 만났다. 사무소에서 운영 중인 공유오피스 '더래빗홀'은 일에 앞서 애정이 충만한 소통과 관계에서 만들어진 것들이 지속적으로 더욱 큰 가치를 만들어낸다는 생각을 바탕으로 만들어진 곳으로, 이곳에서 세상을 같이 여행하는 기분으로 다양하고 새로운 일들을 해나가는 중이다.


김 주 은, 별의별건축사사무소 1등팀원/사원
김주은은 2016년 숙명여자대학교 환경디자인과를 졸업하였다. 공공에 대한 관심으로 서울디자인재단에서 서비스 디자인 방법론을 적용하여 동(洞)지역 공동체를 서포트하는 프로젝트를 진행하고 우수 서포터즈상을 받았으나 실체 없는 공공에 대한 회의감을 느끼고 실재하는 공동체와 개인의 인간성에 영향을 주는 디자인을 하고자 별의별건축사사무소에 들어왔다. 1등으로 들어와서 1등 팀원이다. 수십개의 아르바이트를 포함해 다양한 일을 경험했지만 무엇을 하고 싶은지 여전히 찾는 중이다.
